Türkiye’s only single-source domestic hydraulic dynamometer & test-systems manufacturer. Focused engineering since 1989.

Who is GT?

Our company installs facilities that perform load tests on rotating machines under monitorable and repeatable laboratory conditions, and manufactures all conditioners, measuring instruments, mechanical systems, control units, software and systems — including the dynamometer — used in these facilities. We are the single-source hydraulic dynamometer (Bremse) and test-systems producer of Türkiye under our own design, name and brand.

All our products — active (AC), eddy-current and hydraulic (water-brake) dynamometers, consumption-measurement units, conditioners, mechanical and electronic systems, analyzers and software — are our own design. Establishing emission, NVH and R&D test rooms that answer the automotive key industry’s development, certification, validation and homologation needs, and manufacturing every device and system used in them, is one of our leading activities.

Founding & Experience

Our founders, focused solely on test systems since 1989, accumulated experience by providing representation and integration services between 1989 and 2007, then began domestic production with 80%+ local contribution in response to sector demand. Today we have the capacity for 20+ turnkey test-facility projects per year, and aim to grow by channeling income into R&D, national and international market development, and qualified-personnel training.

Defense Industry & Localization

Thanks to our command of software development, electronic and mechanical design and precision manufacturing, beyond test instruments we also design and produce items with limited domestic supply — such as 6-axis robot arms and defense-specific control systems. We deliver significant, quality-enhancing upgrades to old dynamometers and devices at defense-industry overhaul plants and universities, phasing out low-quality legacy technology in favor of high-quality domestic products with modern, accurate control.

Domestic Supply & Global Approach

We are working to turn the automotive key industry’s tendency to use foreign-origin systems into an opportunity for domestic procurement. We have raised our products’ technology and quality and are becoming known on international platforms through fairs, B2B meetings and market-development work. Our high-local-content manufacturing becomes more cost-competitive abroad after each devaluation while quality keeps rising — and many European integrators have begun sourcing their products from us at OEM level.

Knowledge Sharing & Vision

We do not hesitate to share our knowledge and experience in testing, test instruments and test engineering with prime contractors and public institutions working on critical national projects, even on non-commercial terms — we are proud to contribute to national capability and international competitiveness. We are ready to provide the most economical yet high-quality solution, to strengthen domestic products by financing them, and to serve as the turnkey test-facility installer on such projects.

What Do We Test?

Test systems and nothing else since 1989. We build the facilities that perform load-performance testing of rotating machinery under traceable, repeatable laboratory conditions, and we manufacture all the equipment used in them ourselves. Below are the eight test domains those facilities cover.

Dynamometer Types & Selection Guide

Engine test dynamometer: instruments for load-performance testing of combustion gasoline, diesel or gas engines.

Transmission test system: measures gearbox performance under load. Both may use hydraulic, eddy-current or AC (active) dynamometers; the choice depends on test type and duration.

Which one to buy? For long-duration load tests the hydraulic is ideal (30–40 year flawless life). If motoring/braking transitions are needed, the active dynamometer is preferred — though its maintenance cost is higher.

Our Quality Management and Certification Approach

For us quality is not merely a certificate but a measurable way of working. We operate under the ISO 9001 quality management system and apply ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 10002 customer satisfaction and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety systems. Our products meet CE conformity requirements. In line with the expectations of our aerospace and defense customers, AS9100 registration is in progress.

Enabling our customers to produce their own certified test reports is an important goal for us. Our test systems are therefore equipped with calibratable and accreditable measurement equipment, and a reporting infrastructure compliant with international test regulations is established. The customer can thus verify their own product in their own laboratory without external dependency and continue to focus on production.
