2. Data We Process
Quote and contact form: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and whatever you include in your message. We process this only when you submit it.
Automatically collected data: pages visited, time on site, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location (city level). Collected via analytics cookies and only if you consent.
The site has no accounts, payments or profiles, so we process no special categories of personal data.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Responding to your enquiry: form data is used solely to assess your request and reply. Legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps, and legitimate interest.
Improving the site: analytics data helps us understand which content is read. Legal basis: your consent. If you decline, no such data is collected.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data for marketing. No advertising cookies are used.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to work; they store your language preference and your cookie choice. No consent required.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): measure visitor numbers and behaviour, using _ga (2 years) and _ga_* (2 years). Advertising and personalisation features are disabled.
We ask for your cookie preference on your first visit. Until you consent, analytics cookies do not run — enforced technically via Google Consent Mode v2. You can change your choice any time from the link at the bottom of the page.
5. International Transfers
Analytics data is processed on Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC infrastructure; e-mail correspondence on Microsoft 365. These services may process data on servers outside Türkiye. Transfers rely on your consent for analytics, and on fulfilling your request for correspondence.
6. Retention
Quote and contact records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship and applicable statutory limitation periods require. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for at most 14 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to adverse outcomes arising from solely automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
