We design, manufacture and commission the complete engine test bench — dynamometer, control system, conditioning and instrumentation — under single-source responsibility.
An engine test bench is not a single machine. It is a dynamometer matched to your engine, a coupling shaft and guard, a fuel and fluid conditioning set, a cooling circuit, an exhaust route, a safety interlock chain and a control and reporting system that ties them together. We supply all of it, and we take responsibility for all of it.
Because we manufacture the dynamometer and write the control software ourselves, the engine test cell is not assembled from parts that were never meant to work together. That is the practical meaning of single-source responsibility.
Torque, speed and the shape of the test you intend to run decide the dynamometer type, not the other way around. We size the engine test dynamometer from 0.1 HP to 20,000 HP and up to 60,000 rpm, across three absorber technologies.
A hydraulic water brake suits high-power absorption and long steady-state endurance runs at low capital cost. An eddy-current unit gives faster response and cleaner control for R&D and quality testing. An AC dynamometer motors as well as absorbs, which is what you need for motoring, drag measurement and transient duty cycles.
An engine test cell project starts with what you actually need to measure — not with a catalogue. We work through the test list, the engine envelope, the building constraints and the utilities available, then produce the cell layout, the specification and the schedule.
Manufacturing, factory testing, installation, commissioning, calibration and operator training follow from the same team. Since 1989 we have delivered close to 200 test facilities and we run 20+ turnkey projects a year, with 97%+ local content and 100% Turkish capital.
The engine test bench is the mechanical and electrical assembly that loads and measures the engine: dynamometer, shaft, mounting frame, instrumentation and control. The engine test cell is the room around it — ventilation, exhaust, fuel systems, cooling, acoustics and safety. We deliver either the bench alone or the complete turnkey test cell.
For high-power endurance work, a hydraulic water brake. For responsive R&D and quality testing, an eddy-current dynamometer. For motoring, friction measurement and transient cycles, an AC dynamometer. We size it from your torque and speed envelope and your test list.
Yes. Retrofitting the control and measurement system, replacing an aged dynamometer, adding automation and reporting, or recommissioning a cell that has been out of service are all part of our regular work — as are calibration and preventive maintenance afterwards.
Yes. Test procedures and reporting are built around the applicable international standards for the engine class being tested. We work under ISO 9001 and our AS9100 certification process is in progress.
